My distinctive idea about coaching is that the coach plays “Dream Director”, because everyone has a chance and should take the responsibility to define their authentic dream and make it come true as a Personal Future Project.

I believe everyone – whether they be students, graduates, professionals, employees or entrepreneurs – has a personal ambition and the potential to be creative, resourceful and able. Future is awakened when you understand that there are hundreds of choices, not just one or two, and when you develop the ability to make dreams came true.
